1. Other/Linked Items Widget min Height (Ecommerce)

   There is now an option to set a minimum height for the Other Products and Linked Products widget so that it will always maintain a minimum height even if it's empty

Bug Fixes

1. Add email button not working in Ecom Settings (Ecommerce)

   After adding an extra email address for receiving invoices the button would not work for adding more emails.
   
   The first email address was obscuring the button, this is now fixed.
